In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to "111kab", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the 111kab platform at 111kab.bio. References to "you", "your", or "Player" refer to any registered user of the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 111kab Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 111kab enforces age verification through CNIC-based KYC checks. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance remaining in the Account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Personal Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the 111kab Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different names, CNIC numbers, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 111kab employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and CNIC matching to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances therein forfeited.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. 111kab services are intended for use by Pakistani players. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 111kab makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside its intended market.

3.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 111kab will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification. 111kab reserves the right to request identity, address, and payment method verification documents at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC. Additional documents such as proof of address, source of funds declaration, or payment method confirmation may be requested in line with 111kab's AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3.3 Account Currency. All Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. If a transaction is initiated in a different currency via a payment method, any conversion cost is borne by the Player.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 111kab may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any such charge being applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 111kab accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmations. 111kab does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Fully KYC-verified accounts receive priority processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically settled within the same business day. 111kab reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of significant amounts.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Full KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied.
• There must be no ongoing investigation into Account activity.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit for the selected payment method.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions. Any deposit made using a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instrument will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and referral to the relevant authorities. 111kab cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in cases of suspected payment fraud.

5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the 111kab Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet — including market selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. 111kab will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where 111kab determines a manifest error has occurred.

5.2 Manifest Errors. 111kab reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error, where those odds deviate materially from the true market price at the time of placement. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes returned to their Account balance.

5.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement. In the event that a sporting event covered by 111kab's sportsbook is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its scheduled conclusion, specific sport-by-sport settlement rules apply. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. As a general principle, bets on events that do not complete will be voided and stakes returned unless the relevant rules state otherwise.

5.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events, including PSL cricket fixtures. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. 111kab reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of high volatility or technical difficulty. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension will stand.

5.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all sports and markets. These limits are published on the Platform and may vary by sport, market type, and event significance. 111kab reserves the right to reduce payout limits for accounts that demonstrate patterns of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by 111kab are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible markets, and time limits are stated in each offer's terms. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of a promotion's validity period will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players as defined in each specific offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available once per Player, per household, and per device. 111kab reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus at any time if it determines that a Player is not genuinely eligible, has provided false information, or has circumvented eligibility rules.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing low-risk bets (such as opposing sides of the same market) to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk.
• Coordinating bonus abuse across multiple accounts with other Players.
• Using automated software or scripts to place bets in connection with bonus clearing.

6.5 PSL Promotions. During active PSL seasons, 111kab runs dedicated cricket promotions including in-play free bets, match-day cashback, and accumulator boosts tied to the PSL schedule. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each offer.

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 111kab is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial hardship, emotional distress, or relationship problems, please use the tools described below or contact our support team immediately.

7.2 Player Protection Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 111kab account holders free of charge at any time via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7.3 Age Verification Obligation. 111kab has a legal and ethical obligation to prevent minors from gambling. We enforce strict CNIC-based age verification. If we receive a credible report that a minor has registered an Account, that Account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 111kab Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies knowingly for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Placing bets on the basis of inside information regarding the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to mask your true location in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or security checks.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive behaviour, or threats directed at 111kab staff or other Players.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 111kab Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, odds data, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 111kab or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 111kab.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform. You must not frame or embed any part of the Platform on another website without authorisation. Any unauthorised use of 111kab's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

10.1 Service Availability. 111kab endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 111kab is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111kab excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 111kab's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may interact with third-party payment processors, game providers, and data feed suppliers. 111kab is not responsible for errors, outages, or failures attributable to third-party service providers, except where such failures directly result from 111kab's negligent selection or supervision of those providers.

11.1 Data Processing. 111kab processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 KYC Data Retention. Identity and verification documents submitted as part of the KYC process are retained by 111kab for the period required under its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Retention periods are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving marketing communications from 111kab via SMS or email. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your Account settings or by contacting support.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 111kab's support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Closure requests made under a self-exclusion instruction will be actioned immediately.

12.2 Termination by 111kab. 111kab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; your Account is found to have been involved in prohibited conduct; a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency instructs account closure; or 111kab determines in its reasonable discretion that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 111kab's rights to investigate past activity and cooperate with authorities survive Account closure.

13.1 Right to Amend. 111kab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, unless immediate changes are required by a regulatory authority or for security reasons.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

13.3 Version History. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111kab's international gaming licence is issued. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact 111kab's customer support team via live chat at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 111kab will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If an informal resolution is not achieved, either party may escalate the dispute in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under 111kab's gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation procedure are available from the support team on request.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 111kab with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
